You can build any page by Oxygen Builder and use it as a coming soon / maintenance page in CMP plugin.
How does it work?
Build any page with Oxygen Builder, set is as a Coming soon page in CMP settings and you are done with it!
All advanced settings like Blacklist / Whitelist, Bypass URL and etc. is supported!
Fullscreen background effects are available too!
